N SMOKE warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or misuse, modifications, adaptation of chargers other than the original equipments and lack of maintenance. Upon receiving a faulty item within the warranty period N SMOKE will test the faulty component then repair or replace with new or reconditioned parts at its soul discretion.
Only send back the faulty components accompanied by the warranty form (click here to download printable warranty form) along with the original order confirmation/receipt to N SMOKE RETURNS, 43 Edward Street, Kingshill, Wednesbury, West Midlands, WS10 9SP. All goods returned are at senders cost and by using traceable postage services. N SMOKE will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during the returns.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days for a refund. Simply download and complete the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form. Place the completed RMA form together with all the items from the original order in a padded envelope and mail it to us to the address indicated on the top of the RMA form. Please allow 10-14 days processing time. All refunds will be issued through Paypal to the credit card or Paypal account. All refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All items must be returned in their original packaging intact. If an item is missing or in poor condition the retail value of that item will be further reduced from the refundable amount.

We stand behind the quality of our product and guarantee to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your N Smoke charging station / travel case, usb charger or 3 pin wall charger, simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), place the RMA form and the item(s) to be exchanged in a padded envelope, and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form. Lifetime Atomiser Warranty
We are so confident in our atomisers that we are backing it up with a life time warranty on all our NS Pro atomisers. If for any reason your atomiser stops performing we will replace it for you free of charge. Simply download and complete the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form and return it to the address indicated on RMA form. NS-Premium atomisers are warranted for 60 days from the original purchase date.

N Smoke Battery Warranty
N Smoke batteries are high quality lithium-iron technology and fully rechargeable for upto 300 charges. However, batteries are consumable items and are warranted by N Smoke for 60 days from the original purchase date. If for any reason your battery stops working within the warranty period N Smoke will replace it for you. Simply download and complete the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form and return it to the address indicated on RMA form.

NOTE: All refunds, exchanges and replacement requests MUST be accompanied by the RMA form and a copy of the original receipt. Refund requests must be received by N Smoke within 30 days from the original delivery date. N Smoke reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your order via traceable mail or recorded delivery as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns. All cartridge sales are final.
